Your continued participation in the program following any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes. Please periodically review these terms and check for updates.

Affiliate Websites

The Affiliate's websites from which the Affiliate promotes Jow and the Services (collectively, the "Affiliate Websites") must not (a) infringe, misappropriate, or violate any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, confidentiality, moral right, or any other intellectual or proprietary right; (b) violate or promote the violation of any law; (c) be defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading; (d) constitute spam, phishing attempts, "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or other unethical marketing or advertising practices; (e) be pornographic, vulgar, exploit children, or otherwise obscene; (f) include products, services, or other materials of a sexual nature or intended for adults; or (g) promote violence, discrimination, fanaticism, racism, hatred, harassment, harm against any individual or group.

The Affiliate is fully responsible for and retains all rights and ownership of its affiliate websites.

The Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that Jow (a) has no obligation to review, monitor, validate, correct, or update the affiliate websites in any way, and (b) expressly disclaims any liability arising from the affiliate websites.

Affiliate Responsibilities and Restrictions

The Affiliate must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, consumer protection laws, advertising laws, anti-corruption laws, export control, and data privacy laws.

The Affiliate agrees to promptly assist Jow in complying with all applicable laws, including requests from data subjects that Jow may receive from any person referred to Jow by the Affiliate. The Affiliate also agrees to promptly assist Jow in complying with any obligations to cooperate with regulatory authorities under applicable data protection laws.

The Affiliate will only refer potential customers to Jow who (a) have provided valid contact information; (b) are not robots or bots, fake, illegitimate, or otherwise fraudulent.

Affiliate Advertising

Subject to the restrictions set forth in these terms, the Affiliate is responsible for the content, communications, and materials, including the form and format thereof, used by the Affiliate to promote Jow or services related to the program. The Affiliate must not modify, alter, customize, copy, or imitate Jow's property, including Jow's trademarks, logos, banners, and graphics, when using Jow's property in or as part of promotional content. Authorized versions of Jow's Property that may be used in promotional content are available in the Affiliate's account.

The Affiliate must promptly comply with Jow's instructions to modify or remove promotional content.

Promotional content must include a disclosure that the Affiliate is a member of the Program and has a marketing relationship with Jow. The Affiliate must not conceal its relationship with Jow or mask its participation in the Program in any way, nor state or imply that it is a partner, employee, or other representative of Jow.

Affiliate Code of Conduct

The Affiliate must adhere to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Affiliate and/or your promotional content must not, in connection with the Program:

Misrepresent the services in any way, including their prices, plans, discounts, or features;

Offer or provide warranties, incentives, rewards, or indemnities, except as approved in writing by Jow;

Disparage Jow and its representatives, the Services, or the Program;

Use any illegal or spam advertising methods;

Compete with or interfere with Jow's direct advertising efforts. From time to time, Jow may choose to engage in direct online advertising. The Affiliate must not place advertisements targeting Jow's trademarks and service marks or place advertisements that, in any way, advertise or display Jow's trademarks or service marks. This includes, among other things, that the Affiliate must not bid (in relation to online advertising, including, but not limited to, pay-per-click or pay-per-impression campaigns) on keywords or phrases containing Jow's trademarks, service marks, registered trademarks, or URLs, or any variation, abbreviation, or misspelling thereof. Refer traffic to Jow through any pay-to-read, pay-per-click, banner exchange, click exchange, PPC advertising, pop-up/under, or similar methods. Referrals must be made from affiliate websites; Use iframes or any other technique or technology to add the Affiliate tracking cookie to a referral by any means other than an actual click-through; Use link cloaking techniques, or masking techniques or technology, for the purpose of promoting Jow on websites and/or networks that are not explicitly mentioned in your account; Display Jow, Jow's logos or trade names, or any variation, abbreviation, or misspelling thereof in any URL, domain name, social media profile, or any other online or offline presence. Place links to Jow's sites and media or reference Jow in any way on coupon websites;

Engage in incentive programs or business opportunity sites; Self-refer in any way. This includes referring any operation or website in which the Affiliate has an interest of control, ownership, or equity. Any referral where payment is made using a form of payment controlled by or belonging to the Affiliate will be considered a violation of these terms.

Referral Commissions

The Affiliate must place a hyperlink on the relevant affiliate websites, in a format approved by Jow, that redirects a potential Jow customer to Jow's website (the "affiliate link"). A "Referred Customer" is a potential Jow customer who clicks on an affiliate link, signs up for a Jow account, and selects a service plan.

Jow reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deactivate and remove from the program referred customers who have failed to maintain an active service plan or who do not comply with the service terms.

The Affiliate is eligible for one-time and/or recurring referral payments from Jow ("Commission") under the following conditions: The Affiliate's account is active at the time the referred customer pays their fees to Jow. A service that must be refunded by Jow (e.g., a 14-day withdrawal period) will result in the cancellation of the commission previously granted to the Affiliate.

The amount and method of calculating commissions are determined and may be changed by Jow at its sole discretion. The amounts and methodology of commissions, as well as their updates, are available on Awin.

Commissions are calculated based on the actual fees paid by the referred customer, excluding taxes (such as value-added tax, sales tax, goods and services tax, etc.), charges, or duties owed by the recommended customer. If the referred customer has received a discount, the commission is calculated based on the reduced fees. One-time or excess fees and additional subscriptions are not taken into account when calculating commissions. If fees are refunded to a referred customer for any reason, Jow may deduct these amounts from future Affiliate commissions.

Jow is not responsible for tracking cookies that have been intentionally or unintentionally deleted. No commission will be paid for tracking errors of any kind, including, without limitation, tracking errors caused by editing, masking, or manipulating an affiliate link by the Affiliate.

Jow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected commission payments.

You are solely responsible for all tax obligations to any tax authorities arising from your participation in our program or related to it. Jow will not withhold any taxes of any kind from your commissions.

Termination

Jow may, at its discretion, terminate the program, this Agreement, and/or your account at any time without official notice, and the Affiliate may terminate this Agreement at any time.
