Verve Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
By applying to join the Verve Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Violation of these terms may result in exclusion from the Verve Affiliate Program and the reversal of commissions at our discretion.

Branding Restrictions
Affiliates must adhere to Verve's brand guidelines at all times, seeking the latest copy from the Verve account management team. Responsible promotion of the Verve brand is required, avoiding any practices that may be construed as spamming, misrepresentation, or bringing disrepute to Verve, its trading names, brand names, or suppliers.
Paid Search Policy
Affiliates are prohibited from registering, appearing, or bidding on Verve's pure brand terms, combined brand and generic terms, or misspellings without agreed-upon PPC rights. Authorised keywords and match types will be provided when agreed upon. The use of unauthorised keywords or match types is a breach of program policy.
The use of the Verve domain or variations in PPC advertising, including the display URL, is strictly forbidden. The trading name "Verve" or any formulation of this brand name may not be used in display URLs or any text ads.
Domain Restrictions
Affiliates cannot register URLs containing Verve's trademarked terms, misspellings, or reformulations. Violation of this rule will result in immediate and permanent removal from the program, with commissions being reversed. Verve reserves the right to reclaim such domain names registered by affiliates.
Commissions & Payments
Commission rates will be communicated via email, as they may vary by publisher. Verve reserves the right to change commission rates weekly. Affiliates are advised to check with their account manager for applicable rates.
Verve may change commission rates with 7 days' notice via email. Subsequent purchases made after the notice period will be subject to the revised commission rate. Commissions are paid on successful orders, validated by Verve within 60 days. Payments are based on the last click purchase only and are exclusive of VAT and delivery fees. Cookies are tracked for 30 days.
The Verve affiliate program excludes voucher codes or cashback sites.
Cancelled Orders and Commission Validations
Cancelled or non-collected orders are invalidated within a 4-5 week period, resulting in non-payment of commissions. For commission status queries, contact the account management team.
Creatives
Affiliates may not alter Awin interface creatives. Banners should not be hardcoded without permission from the account management team.
Email Marketing
Affiliates may send solus emails to their databases, adhering to Verve branding restrictions and guidelines. For guidance, contact us.
Social Media
Affiliates can feature Verve on social media platforms while following branding restrictions and guidelines. The Verve brand should not be used to register accounts on social media. Affiliates must promote or speak about the brand/products, avoiding speaking 'as' or 'for' the brand.
Personal Data
All personally identifiable information or customer-specific information provided by customers is the sole property of Verve. Affiliates shall not access or use such information.
Software Applications
Affiliate Toolbars - Affiliates may not feature Verve on toolbars without written permission. Acceptance into the Verve program does not automatically authorise toolbar traffic; specific authorization is required from Verve or the account management team.
