Smile Perfect Affiliate Program Guidelines
Thank you for joining the Smile Perfect Affiliate Program. By participating in our program, you agree to comply with the following guidelines. These guidelines are designed to ensure a positive and mutually beneficial relationship between Smile Perfect and our valued affiliates. Please read and adhere to the guidelines outlined below:
1. Compliance with ShareASale Terms of Use:
All affiliates must adhere to the ShareASale Terms of Use. Ensure that your promotional activities and methods are in full compliance with ShareASale's policies to maintain a secure and ethical environment for all participants.
2. Ethical Marketing Practices:
Affiliates are expected to engage in ethical marketing practices. Do not engage in deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent advertising. Ensure that all promotional materials accurately represent Smile Perfect and its products.
3. Brand Integrity:
Preserve the integrity of the Smile Perfect brand. Do not engage in any activities that may harm or tarnish the reputation of Smile Perfect. Affiliates are prohibited from using the Smile Perfect brand in a way that suggests an official partnership or endorsement without explicit consent.
4. Prohibited Activities:
The following activities are strictly prohibited within the Smile Perfect Affiliate Program:
Spamming: Affiliates must not engage in spammy practices, including unsolicited emails, comments, or messages.
Misrepresentation: Affiliates must not misrepresent Smile Perfect or its products.
Trademark Infringement: Do not use Smile Perfect trademarks in domain names, social media handles, or any other branding without authorization.
Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates must not use techniques like cookie stuffing to generate illegitimate clicks or sales.
5. Coupon and Discount Code Policies:
Affiliates are not allowed to promote unauthorized coupon codes or discounts. Only the official codes provided through the Smile Perfect Affiliate Program should be promoted. Affiliates found promoting unauthorized discounts may face termination from the program.
6. Paid Search Advertising:
Affiliates are allowed to engage in paid search advertising; however, bidding on trademarked terms, including variations and misspellings, is strictly prohibited. Direct linking to the Smile Perfect website using paid search ads is also not permitted.
7. Commission Reversals:
Smile Perfect reserves the right to reverse commissions for fraudulent transactions, including but not limited to fake orders, self-referrals, and unauthorized use of coupon codes.
8. Termination of Agreement:
Smile Perfect reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time for violation of these guidelines or any other reason deemed appropriate.
