All partners are encouraged and expected to read and adhere to the terms and conditions below. For questions on these terms, please write to andrew@intyessentials.com.
Definitions
- The terms “us”, “we”, “IntyEssentials”, and “IntyEssentials.com” refer to Inty Europe, SRL, which is the owner of IntyEssentials.com and serves as the advertiser in this context.
- The term “you” refers to the “marketing affiliate” or “affiliate partner” or “partner”.
Nature of partnership
- Partners are independent contractors, not employees of IntyEssentials.
- Partners are permitted to use IntyEssentials logo lockup and branding for the purposes of proposing IntyEssentials’ products, brand, and website.
Activities excluded under this partnership
Affiliate partners are not permitted to undertake any of the following when using IntyEssentials affiliate links, logo lockups and content:
- spamming through email or comments on social media,
- engaging in false advertising,
- using deceptive tactics,
- promoting illegal activities,
- insinuating that you endorse or sponsor the affiliate, or;
- posting inappropriate, offensive, harmful or controversial content.
Contact:
All partners must be contactable within a reasonable amount of time and provide an email address to contact them.
All partners agree to consult with IntyEssentials on at least a fortnightly basis to improve the relationship and their performance.
Promotions:
It is agreed that before publishing, marketing activity will be sent to the relevant Account Manager for approval.
Brand:
Partners agree to present IntyEssentials in the same manner that they present themself(s).
Partners will take reasonable care to use up to date images, ad-copy and offers in their marketing.
Paid Search Policy
No partner should run a paid search campaign using IntyEssentials’ terms without written consent. You will not bid on IntyEssentials-branded keywords as an affiliate. This applies to all advertising platforms and to all affiliates unless direct approval from IntyEssentials is granted.
Domain names & social media accounts
Partners agree not to use our company name, website name or varions of either one in your domain names or social media handles. You may not register or purchase domain names that include our company’s name or any misspellings or variations of our company name to run promotions as an affiliate. Additionally, you may not include our company name, variations of our company name, or the look and feel of our own social media pages on any social media pages (i.e. Facebook Fan Page) where you run promotions as an affiliate.
Comparison Shopping Services
No partner should run a CSS campaign without written consent.
Display
No partner should run a display campaign using the brand(s) terms without written consent.
Social Media
No partner should run a social media campaign using the brand(s) terms without written consent.
Voucher Codes, Sales and Offers
Partners should only promote voucher codes, sales and offers communicated by an Account Manager.
Lead Generation
Where Lead Generation is applicable, partners agree that leads will be qualified and declined a payment where they are: spam, not contactable after five tries, duplicates, tests and fraudulent.
Cookie stuffing
You may not use cookie stuffing techniques or click-generators that set the tracking cookie without the user actually clicking on the referral link. You will not artificially generate clicks or impressions on your site or create visits on the IntyEssentials site, whether by way of a robot or software program or otherwise.
Compliance
Where IntyEssentials is in a regulated industry, partners agree to adhere to the relevant regulations. And to take reasonable care in ensuring their marketing is compliant.
Refusal
Where IntyEssentials judges a breach of the terms is severe enough, and in consultation with an independent third party where available such as an Affiliate Network representative, partner commissions can be refused (declined) for transactions relevant to the breach.
Validation and Payment of Commission
Commissions are payable on genuine transactions and leads. IntyEssentials will validate transactions and leads to gauge if they are real.
Right to severe ties
IntyEssentials or the partner can sever ties at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Written notice can be in the form of mail, email or fax.
Right to monitor partners’ sites
You hereby give IntyEssentials the right to monitor your website at any time to determine if you are following these Affiliate Terms, and to notify you of any changes we feel you should make to remain in compliance. Further, you must comply with any requests we make for you to take down specific content from your website. Failure to comply is a violation of these Terms and grounds for termination of your affiliate status.
