Affiliate program agreement
By joining the Medical Travel Insurance affiliate program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out for affiliates in this Agreement. This Agreement details the full terms and conditions of the affiliate program.
“The Company” refers to Medical Travel Insurance, a trading style of Intermediated Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06902336 and whose business office is located at Digital House, Threshelfords Business Centre, Inworth Road, Feering, Colchester, Essex, CO5 9SE.
“The Affiliate” refers to the company taking part in the Program.
“The Site” refers to the Medical Travel Insurance website.
“The Program” refers to the affiliate programme as governed by this Agreement.
“The Link” refers to the URL provided to link the Affiliate and the Site.
Your website shall not contain:
Any false, inaccurate, misleading, or libellous representations or statements of the Company or any of its partners.
Any illegal or objectionable content, or any content which infringes upon the rights of any other person or persons.
Any material which the Company request to be removed from your website shall be removed as soon as is practical, or within three days.
You must not send out emails or any other market materials which make reference to the Company without the prior written consent of both the Company and Affiliate Window. No commission will be paid on any sales generated from these means, and any affiliates found in breach of this will be removed from the Program.
Graphics used must be provided through Affiliate Window or directly from The Company. You must ensure that the links, copy, and graphics used are the most up to date. Audits will be completed on a regular basis to ensure that Affiliates have the correct links, copy, and graphics at all times. Any uncertainties must be queried as soon as is practical.
You must not act as a financial lead broker without prior written consent of the Company and Affiliate Window. Any uncertainties must be queried as soon as is practical.
All necessary licences, permits, and authorisations must be maintained at all times whilst an Affiliate member of the Program.
Affiliate Window and/or The Company may take action against you if you are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions. This may mean that:
- your membership to the Program is cancelled
- you will not receive commissions
- you must pay back any commissions following the breach
Affiliates who have been found in breach will not be allowed to re-join the Program without written authorisation from the Company.
The Company may terminate your membership of the Program without notice, and/or at any time. If your membership is terminated, you must immediately remove from your website any reference to the Company, including links, copy, and graphics. Commissions will cease to be payable upon notification of termination.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and must be construed in accordance with English law. Exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute which may arise from these terms and conditions, is held by the courts of England.
