Acceptance and Participation
- By joining the Lelusso Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- Lelusso reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate program application at its sole discretion.
Commission Structure
- Affiliates will receive a 15% commission on net sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
- Commissions are paid on monthly net sales, and only on transactions that have been successfully completed.

- Payments will be made through the Awin platform
Marketing and Promotion
- Affiliates are encouraged to promote Lelusso products in a manner consistent with positive brand representation.
- Use of misleading or false advertising is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Affiliates may not engage in any black hat SEO practices.
- Use of the Lelusso brand name in any unauthorized domain or subdomain is prohibited.
- Spamming or any form of unsolicited promotions is strictly forbidden.
Intellectual Property
- All marketing materials, including banners, logos, and product images, provided by Lelusso are the intellectual property of Lelusso and must be used as provided without alteration.
Liability and Indemnification
- Lelusso shall not be liable for any indirect or accidental damages arising from this agreement.
- Affiliates agree to indemnify Lelusso against any claims or legal actions related to their affiliate promotion.
Term and Termination
- This agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
- Lelusso reserves the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect if an affiliate violates these terms.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Lelusso reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions from time to time with 7 days prior notice
