How it works

2. Grab your links & assets — Log into the affiliate dashboard, generate your tracking link, and download your creative assets.
3. Promote & earn — Share your link with your audience through your content channels. Every qualifying sale earns you a commission — it's that simple.
4. Get paid — Commissions are tracked and paid through our third-party affiliate network on a regular payout schedule.
Commissions & getting paid
Affiliates earn commissions starting at 10% of qualifying sales generated through approved affiliate tracking links. Commissions are managed and paid through DankStop's third-party affiliate network.
DankStop reserves the right to reverse commissions or suspend accounts in cases of fraudulent activity, invalid transactions, suspicious traffic, or violations of program terms.
Program guidelines
We want every partner to succeed — these guidelines protect your reputation, our brand, and our mutual audience.
**What you can do:**
- Promote DankStop products through your website, blog, social media, email newsletter, or other content channels using your approved affiliate tracking link.
- Use all approved DankStop creative assets — banners, images, and graphics — available through the affiliate dashboard.
- Share approved coupons and deals with your audience as made available through the program.
- Create original content (videos, reviews, posts, stories) featuring DankStop products you own or have been approved to promote.
- Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and honestly — your audience will respect you for it.
**Health & medical claims:**
Do not make any health, medical, or therapeutic claims about DankStop products — including claims that products cure, treat, or prevent any disease or ailment. These are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
**FTC disclosure:**
Per FTC guidelines, always disclose your affiliate relationship when sharing links or promotions. A simple line like "This post contains affiliate links — I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases" keeps everything above board and builds trust with your audience.
**Email marketing:**
You may promote DankStop via email only to existing subscribers or customers who have opted in to receive communications from you. All emails must comply with applicable laws and include a clear unsubscribe option.
**Paid advertising:**
Do not run paid search, display, or other paid digital advertising campaigns pointing to your affiliate link without prior written approval from DankStop.
**Content standards:**
Only use images, videos, and content you own or have explicit permission to use. Always represent yourself as independent from DankStop — do not imply an official partnership, endorsement, or agency relationship.
**No spam:**
Spam emails, unsolicited commercial messages, and misleading advertisements are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.
Terms of Agreement
- This Agreement is effective upon approval of your affiliate application and is governed by applicable law as determined by DankStop.
- Affiliates are independent contractors — not employees, agents, or partners of DankStop.
- All DankStop branding, trademarks, logos, and creative materials remain the exclusive property of DankStop. Affiliates receive a limited, revocable license to use approved materials solely for participation in the program.
- Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
- DankStop reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account immediately and without notice for any reason.
- DankStop monitors affiliate activity and promotional methods to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
- DankStop provides the program "as is" and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- DankStop may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation means you accept the updated terms.
