Programme Rules
Please note the below rules in relation to the Bed & Bath Emporium (also known as Bed And Bath Emporium) Affiliate Programme. They must be followed at all times, unless prior agreement has been made with Bed & Bath Emporium in writing.
General Restrictions
- Affiliates must not include trademark brand terms in the sub-domain of their website's URL. For example, http://bedandbathemporium.affiliate.co.uk.
- Affiliates must not purchase or own any domain names related to the trademark terms and its variants in the URL. For example, www.bedandbathemporium.com.
- Affiliates may use correct spelling of Bed & Bath Emporium trademarked brand terms after the domain of their website's URL. For example, http://www.affiliate.co.uk/bedandbathemporium.
- Our brand is very important to us, so please make sure you always refer to us as Bed & Bath Emporium or Bed And Bath Emporium.
- Affiliates must not post on any Bed & Bath Emporium social media platform to drive traffic to their webpage. Bed & Bath Emporium social media platforms include but are not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and our blog.
Pay Per Click
We invest heavily in search engine advertising and we therefore impose the below restrictions. Any infringement of these rules may see the affiliate suspended and all outstanding commissions declined.
- Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any trademarked brand terms related to "Bed & Bath Emporium" “Bed And Bath Emporium” or "BBE". For the avoidance of doubt, this includes all mis-spellings and variations.
- For the avoidance of doubt, no unauthorized bidding is allowed on trademark brand + discount-related search terms. For example, "Bed & Bath Emporium discount codes", “Bed And Bath Emporium cashback”, etc.
- Affiliates cannot directly link to the Bed & Bath Emporium website.
- Affiliates are not permitted to have any Google Shopping activity live using Bed & Bath Emporium products and name.
Discount/Voucher Codes
We reserve the right to withhold payment of commission if unauthorized voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. We appreciate that consumers may use voucher codes that they have found via a site other than that which is awarded the sale and this will be investigated before decisions on commission payment are made. Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorized codes may also have their commission set to zero until the code(s) are removed. Bed & Bath Emporium follows a de-duping validation process, rewarding the commission to the "last click" of purchase.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this due date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme.
SEO
- Affiliates must update ad copy features in search engine page results to ensure it is consistent with the latest Bed & Bath Emporium products, offers, discount and vouchers
Creative
- Affiliates are requested to use only creative available within their affiliate account in their promotion of Bed & Bath Emporium. Please contact us if there is an additional size that you require.
Commission Group Details:
- Earn 10% Commission on all new customer transactions
- Earn 5% Commission on all new customer transactions
All invoices for tenancy or bonus agreements must be paid through invoices raised to accountspayable@behrens.co.uk. Nothing other than standard commissions are paid through AWIN.
