This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Riah Jane & Co ("Merchant" or "Owner") and the affiliate ("Affiliate") participating in the Riah Jane & Co Affiliate Program.
1. Enrollment in the Program:
To become an affiliate, Affiliate must submit an application through the designated platform.
Riah Jane & Co reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Promotion and Compensation:
Affiliate will promote Riah Jane & Co products using unique affiliate links provided by Riah Jane & Co.
Affiliate will earn a commission of 10% on the net sales of Riah Jane & Co products generated through their unique affiliate links.
Compensation is based on gross sales and is subject to adjustments outlined in this Agreement.
3. Payment:
Payments will be made on a monthly basis, around or about 45 days following the end of the month in which commissions are earned.
Minimum payout threshold is $50. If the threshold is not met, the balance will roll over to the following month.
4. Image and Content Usage:
Affiliate is provided with images, banners, and promotional content for Riah Jane & Co products.
Unauthorized use of images outside those provided by Riah Jane & Co is strictly prohibited.
Any modification of provided images must be approved by Riah Jane & Co before use.
During campaigns, only the images provided by Riah Jane & Co may be used. No alterations are allowed.
Some materials may contain trademarks owned by Riah Jane & Co.
5. Promotion Restrictions:
Affiliates are not allowed to place Riah Jane & Co's (owners) links in social media groups, news platforms, newsgroups, unsolicited emails, spam, banner networks, chatrooms, or counters.
Recipients will not alter or modify any links provided by the owner.
6. Anti-Spam Policy:
Affiliates agree not to engage in any form of spam, including but not limited to unsolicited emails, social media spam, or any other form of intrusive communication.
Violations may result in immediate termination from the program.
7. Customer Service:
Customer service will be provided by Riah Jane & Co, handling inquiries, orders, billing, and shipments.
The owner reserves the right to change pricing, terminate discounts, promotions, and change how merchandise is offered at any time.
The owner is responsible for tracking orders placed through affiliate links but has no obligation to provide specific customer information.
8. Compensation Deductions:
The owner reserves the right to deduct the affiliate's monthly referral fee for merchandise that is subsequently returned, refunded, or for other reasons within the monthly referral fee was overpaid.
Fees will not be calculated based upon attributes to credit card fraud, credits given to customers, bad debt write-off, and returned goods.
9. Customer Provenance:
All customers are considered customers of Riah Jane & Co.
10. Trademarks and Copyrights:
Some materials may contain trademarks owned by Riah Jane & Co.
11. Social Media Platforms:
Riah Jane & Co is not responsible for affiliates' social media platforms or sites or the content thereof.
Affiliates indemnify Riah Jane & Co from any claims related to the affiliates' site or social media platforms.
12. PPC Restrictions
Affiliates will be restricted from using the following keywords associated with Riah Jane & Co:
classy styles, effortless styles, effortless, women's fashion boutique, womens fashion,boutique near me, Riah Jane & Co.
Affiliates represent and warrant that their site and social media channels comply with all applicable laws.
By participating in the Riah Jane & Co Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
