By joining the Below 60 affiliate program, publishers agree to the following:
- Commission is earned on completed, non-returned sales referred through valid Awin tracking links
- All content promoting Below 60 must include proper FTC disclosure
- Publishers may not bid on Below 60 branded keywords or variations (including "Below 60," "Hilary Duff candle," or misspellings) via paid search
- Publishers may not create or distribute unauthorized coupon or discount codes
- Publishers may not use Below 60 trademarks in domain names, social handles, or ad copy without prior written approval
- Below 60 reserves the right to decline commissions on fraudulent, returned, or canceled orders
- Below 60 reserves the right to remove publishers from the program at any time for violation of these terms
