Terms and Conditions - ITALWAX UK Affiliate Program:
1. Commission Structure:
a. Affiliates will receive a commission of 5% on sales generated from existing customers.
b. Affiliates will receive a commission of 8% on sales generated from new customers.
c. The commission does not apply to shipping costs.
d. Commission is not applicable on cancelled and returned orders.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities:
a. Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices and positively represent ITALWAX UK.
b. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional materials comply with applicable laws and regulations.
c. Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may harm the reputation of ITALWAX UK.
3. Payouts:
a. Commission payouts will be processed every month.
b. Payment will be made via the preferred method the affiliate selects during registration.
4. Order Tracking:
a. Affiliates can access a tracking dashboard to monitor their sales and commission earnings.
b. ITALWAX UK reserves the right to adjust commission earnings as necessary, including in cases of fraudulent activity or violations of the terms and conditions.
5. Termination:
a. ITALWAX UK reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time, without prior notice, if the affiliate violates any terms or engages in unethical or fraudulent behavior.
b. Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to ITALWAX UK.
By participating in the ITALWAX UK Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. ITALWAX UK reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The affiliate is responsible for reviewing these terms periodically for any changes.
Terms of Use for User-Generated Content:
1. Content Submission:
a. By submitting content to Wax Centre Distribution LTD and/or its direct and indirect affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, ITALWAX UK), including but not limited to reviews, comments, blogs, photos, videos, and social media posts (collectively referred to as "User-Generated Content" or "UGC"), you grant ITALWAX UK a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide in any form, media, or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed.
b. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant the rights above to ITALWAX UK.
2. Content Guidelines:
a. User-generated content must be original and not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party.
b. User-generated content must not contain any defamatory, obscene, offensive, or unlawful material.
c. User-generated content must not promote or endorse any illegal activities or products.
d. ITALWAX UK reserves the right to remove or refuse to publish any User-Generated Content that violates these guidelines.
3. Content Usage Rights:
a. By submitting User-Generated Content to ITALWAX UK, you grant permission for ITALWAX UK to process and use your name, social media handle, image, likeness, and/or other personal information in connection with using your Content as contemplated by these Terms.
b. You represent and warrant that you have obtained permission from any and all third parties appearing in your Content for ITALWAX UK to process and use their names, social media handles, images, or likenesses, and/or other personal information in connection with using your Content as contemplated by these Terms.
c. You further represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control the rights to use your Content and any and all elements contained within the Content.
d. You also represent and warrant that your Content, and ITALWAX UK's proposed use of your Content pursuant to these Terms, does not infringe or violate the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, copyright, trademarks, patents, defamation, or confidentiality.
4. Responsibility:
a. You are solely responsible for the content you submit to ITALWAX UK.
b. You agree to indemnify and hold ITALWAX UK harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your User-Generated Content.
5. Rights Reserved:
a. ITALWAX UK reserves the right to edit, modify, or remove any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion.
b. ITALWAX UK may use User-Generated Content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without further compensation to you.
6. Privacy:
a. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in connection with User-Generated Content.
By submitting User-Generated Content to ITALWAX UK, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years old and have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Use. ITALWAX UK reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
