We highly value our collaboration with each partner and strive to ensure mutual benefits for all involved. Kindly review the terms of the Oneisall affiliate program diligently - by submitting an application for partnership, you automatically agree to these terms. If you have any inquiries regarding the program, feel free to reach out to the Oneisall team for clarification.
Both Parties affirm that they are fully authorized to enter this Agreement and commit to complying with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations. It is essential that neither Party violates or infringes upon any third-party rights while fulfilling their obligations under this Agreement. The Affiliate also guarantees the following:
- Compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations.
- Ethical conduct and referral of genuine New Customers to Oneisall without self-referral.
- Non-infringement of third-party rights.
- Maintenance of a distinct website design from Oneisall's site, avoiding any impression of being affiliated with Oneisall.
- Avoidance of any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior towards the site or program.
- Prohibition of practices like cookie stuffing, pop-ups, or misleading links on the Affiliate's website.
- Non-usage of redirects to mislead click origins; any such actions may lead to termination of the Affiliate's account.
- Abstention from sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam) and refraining from creating advertising sites featuring prohibited content.
- Exclusively using approved branded ad copy, content, and media provided by Oneisall; any other material must receive prior approval from Oneisall before use.

Irregularities:
1.1 Please comply with the Oneisall social network promotion guidelines. The use of the official Oneisall account or related gifts bearing the Oneisall name is strictly prohibited, unless separately authorized.
1.2 Avoid using false promotional materials unrelated to Oneisall, such as misleading discounts or deceptive copywriting. Ensure that your promotional content aligns with the accurate discounts on our website and make immediate adjustments to avoid any liabilities for inaccuracies.
Brand bidding/Abnormal traffic:
2.1 Any paid advertising that involves keyword additions (including contextual and targeted ads) must refrain from using the Oneisall trademark name. Combining the Oneisall brand name with other words like "Oneisall to buy," "Oneisall news," or similar phrases is also prohibited. Additionally, using the advertiser's company name in links, headings, or ad text is not allowed, unless separately authorized.
2.2 Abnormal traffic practices, such as purchasing spam traffic to manipulate conversion rates or using fraudulent methods to boost sales, are strictly prohibited. Publishers engaging in such activities will face consequences.
Punishment:
In case of any irregularities as mentioned above, we will request the immediate removal of any violations. Repeated violations may result in non-payment of generated commissions and termination of our partnership. For instances of abnormal traffic, we will require the removal of spam traffic and optimization of your traffic promptly; failure to comply may lead to the termination of our collaboration. Engaging in fraudulent practices to inflate sales will result in non-payment of commissions and immediate termination of collaboration. Oneisall retains the right to interpret and enforce this policy.
The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between them, superseding any prior agreements related to the Program or other commission-based programs. Oneisall reserves the right to amend this Agreement as needed based on Program changes, with the new version taking precedence. Any significant changes affecting Affiliate's rights will be communicated through notifications in the Payment Provider Portal and/or email referencing the latest version. Modifications to this Agreement may also be documented through a signed amendment by both Parties.
