Affiliate Program Terms and Guidelines
We warmly invite our partners to thoroughly review and comply with the following terms and conditions. Should you have any questions or require clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to steve@givingmortgages.co.uk or your designated account contact.
Commission Structure
- Giving Mortgages offers a rewarding commission scheme, paying affiliates £6.00 of the income generated from validated and approved leads.
Communication
- It is crucial that all partners remain accessible within a reasonable timeframe, providing both an email address and phone number for contact purposes.
Marketing and Promotions
- To maintain brand consistency and message accuracy, all proposed marketing activities must receive prior approval from Giving Mortgages.
Regulatory Compliance
- As a business regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we mandate that all marketing materials either come from our approved selection or receive clearance from our compliance team before use. We aim to review and approve new materials within 24 hours of submission.
Paid Search and Advertising Policies
- Affiliates are prohibited from initiating paid search, Comparison Shopping Services (CSS), display, and social media campaigns featuring our brand terms without explicit written authorization.
Quality Control: Fake Leads and Incorrect Information
- Commissions are not awarded for leads identified as fraudulent or containing incorrect contact information. While our system filters most inaccuracies, some discrepancies may occur.
Refund Policy
- Giving Mortgages implements a 10-day refund policy with brokers for specific leads, which command a higher Cost Per Lead (CPL) and thus higher affiliate commissions. A "refunded lead" is defined as one where a broker has been unable to perform a fact find due to inaccuracies or client unresponsiveness. Consequently, commissions will not be issued for leads that are refunded under these circumstances.
Affiliate Dashboard
- All affiliates gain access to a comprehensive dashboard, offering real-time insights into lead generation, including the status of disqualified and refunded leads.
Terms Violation and Refusal of Commission
- In instances of significant terms violation, determined by the brand and potentially in consultation with an impartial third party (e.g., an Affiliate Network representative), the right is reserved to withhold commission payments related to the infringement..
By adhering to these guidelines, we foster a transparent, productive, and mutually beneficial relationship with our affiliate.
