5. Terms & Conditions:
- A. Brand Bidding: "Publishers are strictly prohibited from bidding on our brand name(s), trademarks, or any variations thereof
- (e.g., Italo Jewelry, italojewelry.com) on paid search platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads)."
B. Coupon & Voucher Policy: "Publishers may only promote active, publicly available voucher codes. The creation of unauthorised
voucher codes is strictly forbidden."
C. Prohibited Content: "Advertising is prohibited on websites containing unlawful, hateful, or adult content, or through any form of
spyware, adware, or parasitic software."
D. Creative Compliance: "Publishers must use only approved marketing materials (banners, text links, etc.) provided in the AWIN
platform and must not alter our trademarks or logos."
E. Legal Compliance: "Publishers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR/CCPA for data collection.
6. Termination:
- We reserve the right to terminate any publisher account that violates our Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
