By joining the Aorkuler Affiliate Programme via Awin, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before promoting our products.
1. Programme Overview
The Aorkuler Affiliate Programme allows affiliates to earn commission by referring customers to our website using unique tracking links provided by Awin. Affiliates may promote our products through blogs, websites, social media, or other approved digital channels.
2. Commission & Payments
The starting commission rate is 12%. Top-performing affiliates may receive higher commission rates, bonuses, or product support.
Commission is earned on net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, returns, or cancellations).
Payments are processed by Awin according to their standard payment schedule.
Aorkuler reserves the right to modify commission rates or offer special incentives at any time.
3. Promotion Guidelines
We encourage affiliates to create genuine, original content that aligns with Aorkuler’s brand values.
Acceptable promotion includes:
- Product reviews, blog posts, and editorial content
- Social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- User-generated content featuring Aorkuler products
Affiliates may not:
- Misrepresent Aorkuler or make misleading claims
- Use deceptive links, cookie stuffing, or forced redirects
- Engage in spammy behaviour (e.g., unsolicited bulk emails or forum spam)
- Promote on adult, gambling, or offensive content platforms
- Use unauthorized discounts (any affiliate discount must be explicitly approved by Aorkuler)
- Promote Aorkuler products on discount or coupon websites
4. Use of Assets & Branding
Affiliates may use approved images, logos, and product descriptions supplied by Aorkuler or via Awin. All content must present the brand respectfully and accurately. Logos and branding must not be altered or used in a misleading context.
5. Paid Advertising
Affiliates may not bid on the Aorkuler brand name or close variations (e.g., “aorkuler tracker,” “aorkuler discount”) in PPC campaigns on Google, Bing, or other platforms.
Direct linking from paid advertisements to our website is not allowed.
6. Affiliate Link Usage
All affiliate links must be correctly tagged and generated via the Awin platform.
7. Termination
Aorkuler reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the programme at any time if you breach these terms, misuse affiliate links, or engage in any activity deemed harmful to Aorkuler’s reputation.
8. Changes to Terms
Aorkuler may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the programme following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
