1. Program Overview
The Duralex USA Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission by referring customers to our online store (www.duralexusa.com) using unique tracking links provided through AWIN. Approved affiliates may promote Duralex USA in accordance with the guidelines in this agreement.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must:
Have an active and relevant website, blog, social media account, or marketing platform
Be at least 18 years old
Comply with all applicable laws and AWIN policies
Accurately represent your identity and promotional channels in your application
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Commission Structure
Commission is paid through AWIN and subject to their payment terms and thresholds.
We may offer performance-based bonuses or tiered commissions at our discretion.
4. Cookie Duration
The default tracking cookie window is 90 days.
Sales made after the cookie expires will not be eligible for commission.
5. Promotional Guidelines
You agree to:
Only promote Duralex USA using approved creative assets or messaging
Clearly disclose affiliate relationships in all promotional materials (FTC compliant)
Avoid misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about our products
Represent Duralex USA in a professional, brand-aligned manner
You may not:
Bid on branded terms (e.g., “Duralex,” “Duralex USA”) on search engines
Use any form of forced clicks, cookie stuffing, ad hijacking, or spam
Imitate or clone the look and feel of our website
Promote to audiences that violate AWIN’s content policies (e.g., adult, hate, gambling)
6. Content Restrictions
Affiliates must not publish or promote content that is:
Offensive, defamatory, or unlawful
Associated with counterfeit goods or unauthorized resellers
Promoting competitors or misleading product comparisons
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, images, and creative provided by Duralex USA remain our property. You may only use these assets in the manner explicitly permitted for affiliate promotion.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time and without notice if:
You breach any term of this agreement or AWIN policies
You misuse our brand or intellectual property
Your promotional activities are deemed unethical or harmful
You may also terminate your participation at any time via the AWIN dashboard.
9. Limitation of Liability
We make no warranties regarding the operation or availability of the affiliate tracking system. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for commissions lost due to tracking errors, downtime, or changes in program structure.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
