Affiliate Terms of Agreement This Affiliate “TOA” Terms of Agreement ("Agreement") describes the rights and obligations of Halfpricedrapes and the Web Site Owner who has agreed to become an affiliate partner through the Shareasale Network. By becoming an Affiliate, you agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth below and agree to abide by all terms as stated herein. Approval and Authority.Halfpricedrapes reserves the right to reject any web site or affiliate if we determine, in our sole discretion and following our review of your site, that your site is unsuitable for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable. Halfpricedrapes has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to reject your application, or to terminate your participation in the program, for any reason.
1] Halfpricedrapes does not allow competing PPC advertising on Google and Bing/MSN for any trademark terms that uses or combines the word “Halfpricedrapes” variations like "Half price drapes" or "Halfpricedrapes" .
2] Halfpricedrapes does not allow the use of our web site URL (Halfpricedrapes.com) to be displayed as the URL for PPC ads.
3] You may not directly compete with us for PPC traffic on search engines such as Google adwords or Bing advertising. We not allow any our affiliate to run ads using search terms on any search engine.
4] As an Affiliate Program member, we will make available to you a variety of graphic and textual links ("Links" or "Link"), which, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may display as often and in as many areas on your site as you desire. The Links will serve to identify your site as a member of our Affiliate Program and will establish a link from your site to ours.
5] Affiliate will not create a site so that it is confusingly similar to www.Halfpricedrapes.com, as determined by our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to sites that mimic or copy the look and feel, or name of www.Halfpricedrapes.com or any variations our name are prohibited.
6] You may not place banners or links containing your affiliate id on websites, forums or blogs not directly owned or controlled by you. If you have questions about linking, send us an email and ask.
7] Your affiliate tracking cookie may ONLY be set on a user's computer when they click on a link from your website or your opt-in email newsletter that takes them directly to our website. Emailing spamming will NOT be tolerated. Again, if you have questions about this, send us an email and ask.
