Merchant will pay fees directly to ShareASale, and Merchant authorizes ShareASale to pass through such fees directly to Affiliate on Merchant’s behalf, the commission rate designated by Merchant in the ShareaSale platform. All sales will remain in a “sales pending period” not to exceed 90 days from enrollment date (“Lock Date”). Merchant may void sales prior to the Lock Date for: (a) existing customers of Merchant (which excludes renewals); (b) customers that do not meet Merchant’s credit/deposit and residency requirements; (c) customers who never commence activated electricity service from Merchant, and (d) customers who do not pay their first month’s bill to Merchant, (collectively “Voided Customers”).
