Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Bezza LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant" or "Company," and the individual or entity agreeing to the terms herein, hereinafter referred to as the "Affiliate."
1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
By enrolling in the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Commissions
The Merchant agrees to pay the Affiliate a commission for each sale generated through the Affiliate's unique tracking link. The commission rate and payment terms will be specified by the Merchant and may be subject to change with notice.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
The Affiliate agrees to:
Promote the Merchant's products and services in a manner that reflects positively on the Merchant's brand.
Use ethical and legal practices in all promotional activities.
Refrain from engaging in any form of spam, including but not limited to unsolicited emails, comments, or social media posts.
Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting the Merchant's products.
4. Tracking and Payment
The Merchant will provide the Affiliate with a unique tracking link to monitor sales. Commissions will be paid according to the payment terms specified by the Merchant. The Merchant reserves the right to withhold or refuse payment for sales that are deemed fraudulent or in violation of this Agreement.
5. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason with written notice. Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately cease all promotional activities related to the Merchant.
6. Confidentiality
The Affiliate agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information or trade secrets provided by the Merchant.
7. Modifications
The Merchant reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
10. Acceptance
By enrolling in the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
