Affiliates must use negative keywords to prevent broad matching based solely on certain terms.
2.2 Coupon Compliance:
Affiliates must adhere to a strong coupon policy outlined in this Agreement.
Affiliates are not allowed to bid on the Merchant's brand name in conjunction with words like "coupons" (TM+ bidding).
SEO tactics centered around the Merchant's brand name require explicit approval.
The program agreement should address scenarios where different Affiliates contribute to a single transaction.
