The agreement provided below is used to set forth the terms and conditions between “You,” the affiliate and “We”, Awaken180 Weightloss. By joining our affiliate program, you agree that you will comply with all conditions outlined below. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in removal from the program or/and commissions being declined.
PPC Policy
Affiliates must not:
- Purchase or license any domain names similar to awaken180weightloss.com
- Bid on the “awaken180weightloss.com” keyword, or any of its misspellings on any search engines that operate web services.
- Use the keyword “awaken180weightloss.com” to perform search activity across any search engine that operates web services.
- Use the term “awaken180weightloss.com” or its derivatives in the affiliate’ ad text for driving traffic from competitor’s brand terms to site or the affiliates' sites.
- Please exclude "awaken180weightloss.com" from remarketing efforts.
Email Policy
Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited email (spam) under this affiliate program. If you wish to send out an email campaign on behalf of Awaken180 Weightloss, you must seek approval from the Advertiser.
Copy and Creatives
Affiliates should only use creatives provided by the Advertiser or supplied through Awin on our behalf. Any creative obtained through these channels must not be edited or modified unless expressed consent from the Advertiser.
Brand Guidelines Include
Brand bidding along with permutations is not permitted on any search engine without explicit written permission.
Affiliates may not use the brand “Awaken180 Weightloss™” or any permutation of it in your URL.
Affiliates must use Creative assets provided in the AWIN affiliate program admin. Creative assets and user generated content not found in the program must be approved by Awaken180 Weightloss
The look and feel of webpage's must be unique and not mimic Awaken180 Weightloss web properties to prevent confusion to the visitor.
The Affiliate cannot own a domain that includes "Awaken180 Weightloss" trademark or registered trademark.
