Participation To participate in the www.theBeetles.com Affiliate Referral Program, the Affiliate registration form must be completed and submitted to Beetles. All applicants, once approved, are immediately eligible to participate in the Beetles Affiliate Referral program however such participation is subject to ongoing, periodic review by Beetles and may be revoked at anytime without notice. Participation may be suspended or terminated if we determine (at our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the Program. Unsuitable sites include those that: Promote illegal activities Promote sexually explicit materials Promote violence Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age Violate intellectual property rights Or are otherwise deemed inconsistent with the best interests of Beetles. This agreement shall apply only to Affiliate owned and managed web sites as indicated in the registration form. Under no circumstances may Beetles Affiliate Referral links be placed on sites not registered with Beetles. Not allowed to use domains containing the brand's name Not allowed to use the brand's name in the subdomain on the publisher's own domain Not allowed to bid on brand's name (including misspellings and variations) on Adwords, adCenter, etc...Any affiliate infringing on these terms may be removed from the program.Keyword Policies: Affiliates may not bid on trade names (or misspellings). Affiliates may not bid on phrases which include trade names (or misspellings). Affiliates may use the trade names in ads. Affiliates may use the destination URL at the end of your URL, NOT at the beginning, in advertising links.
