Intelligent Change Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions:The following terms and conditions are a legal agreement between Intelligent Change and you ("affiliate"). By signing up to be an affiliate in the Intelligent Change Program ("program") you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Kindly read them in full before signing up.Definitions:Agreement - the contract between you and Intelligent Change and when signing up to become an affiliate and joining the programProgram - The affiliate program as set out on the website and is bound by this AgreementAffiliate - Party who agrees to the terms of this agreementLink - a HTML link that the Affiliate will receive to link the Affiliate's website to the SiteSite - www.intelligentchange.com website1. The Agreement1.1. An Affiliate is to provide their full legal name, valid address, publisher company name, e-mail address, and any other requested information truthfully in order to create an Affiliate account.1.2. Intelligent Change reserves the right to update and change the Terms from time to time without notice.1.3. Any changes to the Program shall be subject to these terms.1.4. The Program shall not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.Violation of these terms and conditions may result in suspension of your rights to be an Affiliate and result in lost commissions and/or removal from the Program.2. Modification of Intelligent Change affiliate program terms and conditionsIntelligent Change reserves the right to modify and change the terms of the agreement at any time. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to check back on the terms occasionally. In the event that the affiliate does not accept any changes, the option for the affiliate is to terminate their enrollment in the program.3. Affiliate accountIn order to enter the Intelligent Change Affiliate Program (Hosted by ShareASale), the affiliate is required to create an account with a login and password. From this ShareASale account, the affiliate is able to track and view their sales on their own personal dashboard.4. Accepted methods of advertising4.1. Affiliates are permitted to use resources such as links, discount codes, any related banners, and/or text advertisements provided by the Intelligent Change Affiliate program.4.2. Affiliates are not permitted to promote any non-affiliate program-related discounts, coupon codes and links that are found in customer newsletters, the Intelligent Change website, other third-party websites, and from any source other than directly from the Intelligent Change affiliate program.4.3. The promotion should include details about the Intelligent Change feature and affiliate program link to track data and commission.4.4. Affiliates must remove invalid or expired codes and banners.4.5. Affiliate coupon codes and links are not permitted to be promoted on third-party websites such as coupon databases.4.6. Affiliates are permitted to promote their link through the publisher's own website, newsletter and social media accounts. 4.7. It is strictly forbidden to use Intelligent Change's trademark along with your affiliate link on any paid advertising channels.4.8. Sales that have been generated from improper promotion will result in loss of commission.4.9. Intelligent Change reserves the right to take legal action against any affiliate that commits fraud.5. Copyrighted materialThe Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that product descriptions and images comply with all applicable copyright, trademark, data protection, any intellectual property right, or any other applicable law. Intelligent Change will not be responsible if an affiliate uses another party's copyrighted material in violation of the law.6. Payments6.1. Affiliates receive a commission for sending authorized sales via ShareASale links provided by Intelligent Change Program. In order to receive a commission, the referred customer is required to complete their purchase by clicking through the affiliates link within 90 days of the initial click-through.6.2. The commission is based only on the product purchased. 6.3. Payout rates may change and they can be viewed by logging into the affiliate's account. 6.4. It is the affiliate's responsibility to determine if the payout for the link provided has been discontinued.6.5. As the commission is paid only on links that can be tracked and reported by Intelligent Change affiliate program systems, the referred customer must have cookies enabled in order to track the referral.6.6. Refunded payments are excluded from receiving a commission payment.6.7. Payments may be revoked in the circumstance that a code is leaked on third-party websites. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to ensure their code is not being exploited outside of their own personal channels.7. Intelligent Change ObligationsIntelligent Change agrees to agree to the following obligations:7.1. Providing the affiliate with promotional material and resources, such as links, coupon codes, banners, and any other graphic materials.7.2. Processing all orders for Intelligent Change products placed by the affiliate's link.7.3. Tracking the sales generated through the affiliate’s link and all social media content via provided tags and mentions.7.4. Intelligent Change will provide payment processing, cancellations, returns, and other related customer support for the referred customer's order.8. The License8.1. Intelligent Change grants to the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the Intelligent Change site through the link in accordance with the terms of this agreement and in connection with the promotional materials provided and authorized by Intelligent Change.8.2 Intelligent Change is permitted to use Affiliate content on social media, website, and, ads. Credit will always be given accordingly.8.3. Affiliates are not allowed to modify or change materials provided by Intelligent Change in any way.8.4. Both parties agree to not use each other's materials in any manner that is misleading, disparaging, or defaming in any way.8.5. Inappropriate use of the provided promotional material may be cause for immediate termination of the agreement.9. LiabilityIntelligent Change will not be liable to the Affiliate for the defects in the service, interruptions in the accessibility to the service, loss of data on the information handling system or viruses, loss of profits, loss caused by any third party deleting, removing, deactivating or tampering with the Affiliate tracking service or other consequential loss of whether arising from neglect or breach of contract.10. TerminationThe term of the agreement starts upon Intelligent Change affiliate program acceptance of affiliate's application and can be terminated by either party. Affiliation can be ended with or without cause at any time, by giving the other party notice of termination in the form of an e-mail. Upon the termination of the agreement, the affiliate will remove all links to the Intelligent Change website, as well as all banners and graphic images provided under the Program.
