SEKKIN Affiliate Program Agreement

2. Promotional Methods: Affiliates are encouraged to promote SEKKIN products through various online channels, including websites, blogs, and social media. However, the following methods are strictly prohibited: Spamming or unsolicited emails, false or misleading advertising & promotion on adult, hate, or other content that is offensive or illegal.
3. Brand Guidelines: Affiliates must adhere to SEKKIN's brand guidelines. This includes the proper use of our logos, trademarks, and product images. Misrepresentation of the SEKKIN brand or products is not permitted.
4. Commission and Payment: Details regarding commission rates, payment schedules, and thresholds will be provided separately.
5. Cookie Duration: Our program offers a 30-day cookie duration. Commissions are earned on sales generated within this period following an initial click-through.
6. Restrictions: Affiliates are not allowed to bid on branded keywords for paid search campaigns. Direct linking to our website from paid search campaigns is prohibited.Affiliates must not engage in any form of negative commentary about SEKKIN or its products.
7. Termination: SEKKIN reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program for any breach of these terms. Affiliates will be notified of termination and will forfeit any pending commissions.
8. Modification of Terms: SEKKIN reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
