By joining the Global Hotel Pass Affiliate Program you agree to the the following Program Terms:
1. Publishers must not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices, such as creating fake accounts or using automated software to generate clicks or sales.
2. Publishers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to consumer protection laws, data protection laws, and advertising standards.
3. Publishers must not use any misleading or inaccurate advertising, including false claims, bait and switch tactics, or unapproved promotional materials.
4. Publishers must not bid on Global Hotel Pass brand terms or any variations of the brand terms in their paid search campaigns.
5. Publishers must not promote Global Hotel Pass on any websites that contain illegal or objectionable content, including but not limited to content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes hate speech.
6. Publishers must not use any link cloaking or link shortening techniques that hide the true destination of the link.
7. Publishers must not modify or alter any of the marketing materials provided by Global Hotel Pass without prior written consent.
8. Publishers must clearly disclose their relationship with Global Hotel Pass when promoting the Global Hotel Pass affiliate program, including but not limited to: blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
9. Publishers are solely responsible for ensuring that their website and marketing materials comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Publishers must not mention the names of any hotel chains who work in partnership with Global Hotel Pass when promoting Global Hotel Pass .
11. Publishers must not share specific closed user member only information, including but not limited to: offers and pricing.
12. Global Hotel Pass reserves the right to terminate any publisher's participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms and conditions.
