1. Brand Keywords Guidelines
The Affiliate agrees to adhere to the following guidelines regarding the use of Brand Keywords:
The use of our brand name and associated terms in search marketing, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines, is not allowed without prior written consent from the Company.
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on our brand name, variations, or misspellings in pay-per-click campaigns.
2. Coupon and Deals Usage Policy
The Affiliate shall follow the below policies related to coupons and deals:
The company will provide exclusive discount codes to affiliate partners. Affiliate partners will only earn commissions when customers use the discount code provided by the affiliate partner. Transactions made using any other discount code will not qualify for affiliate partner commissions.
3. Compliance with ShareASale Policies
The Affiliate must comply with all ShareASale network policies and guidelines.
4. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the Affiliate's participation in the program in case of violation of the above-stated policies or for any reason deemed appropriate by the Company.
