Moonkie Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Our affiliate program is open to approved publishers who align with Moonkie’s brand values and target audience. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique tracking links or exclusive discount codes. Commission rates and terms are specified in the program details and may be updated with prior notice.
3. Valid Tracking
Sales are tracked via the Awin platform. Only orders tracked and recorded within Awin’s system will be eligible for commission.
4. Discount Codes
Moonkie may issue exclusive discount codes to affiliates. If an order uses a discount code not assigned to the affiliate, the commission will be voided. Discount codes provided during promotional campaigns may also be used to generate commission, unless otherwise specified.
5. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates may not:
Engage in fraudulent activities, including self-purchases.
Bid on Moonkie’s brand name or misspellings in paid search campaigns without permission.
Use spam, misleading claims, or unethical marketing practices.
6. Payment
Commission payments are processed through Awin in accordance with their payment schedule and after the return/refund period for the sale has passed.
7. Returns & Cancellations
If an order is returned, cancelled, or deemed invalid (e.g., due to fraud), the commission for that order will be reversed.
8. Termination
Moonkie reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time if these Terms & Conditions are breached.
