Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement is between nbpure, (the "Company") and the individual or entity agreeing to these terms (the "Affiliate")
Background
Welcome to the nbpure Affiliate Partners Program (the "Program"). The purpose of the Program is to promote holistic wellness by combining nbpure’s expert knowledge on natural supplements with physical, mental, and spiritual wellness content produced by our like-minded affiliate partners. If you're an individual or organization genuinely committed to candid and educational discussions about wellness with your audience and prioritize helping and informing over simply selling, then you're exactly who we're looking for!
1. Affiliate Responsibilities
1.1. Affiliate Promotion: You agree to promote nbpure’s products or services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the strategic goals of the Program (communicated separately), and in a manner that aligns with our shared values and commitment to holistic wellness.
1.2. Compliance with Laws: You shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in your promotion of Nbpure’s products or services.
1.3. Marketing Materials: Nbpure may provide you with marketing materials, including but not limited to banners, graphics, and textual content, for use in your promotional efforts. You agree to use these materials appropriately and, in a manner, consistent with the strategic goals of the Program, branding, and messaging.
2. Restrictions and Regulations
2.1. Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in any of the following activities:
a. Using misleading or deceptive marketing practices. b. Promoting Nbpure’s products or services through spam or unsolicited communications. c. Offering unauthorized discounts, coupons, or promotions for Nbpure’s products or services. d. Misrepresenting Nbpure’s products or services in any way. e. Promoting content that is harmful, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive.
2.2 PPC Restriction Rules: You agree not to bid on advertising for the branded terms 'nbpure', 'MagO7', or any broad match involving those terms, on any platform.
2.3. Conflict of Interest Disclosure: During the term of this Agreement, you agree to disclose marketing or promotional relationships with any of nbpure’s direct competitors.
2.4 Non Disclosure: You shall not disclose any confidential or Program sensitive information received from Nbpure during the term of this Agreement, unless notified by nbpure.
2.5 Termination and Non Disparagement: Upon termination of agreement, you agree to not disparage nbpure or any of its properties.
