Terms & Conditions for the CFS Affiliate program.
At Choice Furniture Superstore (CFS), we are committed to fostering a successful partnership with our affiliates. However, we must maintain certain standards to ensure a positive experience for our customers. Non-compliance with our policies may lead to warnings or commission reversals. If an affiliate account becomes inactive, reactivation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Account Reactivation for previous publishers: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Commission Voided: The commission will be voided if the order is canceled or collected for a refund after delivery.
Restrictions and Guidelines:
Domain:
Affiliates must not register domains similar to CFS brand names.
Affiliates must refrain from using any CFS-owned domains as their display URL.
Creating domains with brand terms as a domain or sub-domain is not permitted for affiliates.
Prior approval from the CFS affiliate team at affiliates@cfsonline.co.uk is required for affiliates intending to build a landing page for CFS.
Affiliates should avoid registering domains similar to or misspelling our brand name. Any such activity will lead to declined commissions and suspension.
Creatives and Text Links:
Affiliates must not alter the provided creative or text links without written permission.
Affiliates are encouraged to utilize the creatives provided within their affiliate accounts for promotions. Should additional sizes be needed, please reach out to us for assistance.
To maintain flexibility, affiliates are advised against hard-coding banners on their sites.

Promotions:
Get CFS’s consent before sending out marketing emails.
Offline PR activity is not permitted. Any press where CFS is referenced must have full sign-off and pre-approval from the CFS affiliate team at affiliates@cfsonline.co.uk
PPC Guidelines:
Affiliates must not bid on CFS brand terms or misspellings.

Breach of terms:
CFS reserves the right to withhold payment in the event of rule violations.
Any technical or creative issues CFS identifies must be addressed within a seven-working-day timeframe.
