DEFINITIONS As used in the below Terms: (i) "keepitsavory.com" "We", "us", or "our" refers to keepitsavory.com and Keep It Savory Salt Co.; (ii) "You" or "your" refers to the Affiliate; (iii) "Our Website" refers to the keepitsavory.com properties located at https://ww.keepitsavory.com/; (iv) "Your Website" refers to any Websites that you will link to our Website; (v) "Program" refers to the keepitsavory.com Affiliate Program.
For our Savory Affiliate Program, we seek journalists, bloggers, and influencers who are passionate about/interested in: Delicious food and cocktails; fresh, local, responsibly sourced ingredients; small-batch, handcrafted goods; beautifully packaged home and kitchen products; gifting ideas and holiday gifting; supporting woman-owned, LGBTQ-owned, and teacher-owned small businesses; creating a more savory and inclusive world where everyone has a seat at the table.
- You are NOT allowed to:
- Use Pop Ups or any other format that is deemed intrusive or use any other cookie stuffing techniques that may force the cookie in the user's browser.
- Buy, register or create domains or subdomains which may mislead users to believe that your website is our brand website.
- Use any misspelled or variation of our brand name.
- Supplant, by any means, our identity in social media.
- Use/advertise coupon codes that are distributed by the merchant.
- Connect our brand identity, content, or products to any unsavory content including, but not limited to: racist, homophobic, transphobic, misogynistic, classist, ableist, anti-science, or xenophobic language; criminal activity; content that demeans others or communities; etc.
