Terms and Conditions

Regulations of activities – Terms and Conditions 

 

  1. Visual communication
  1. All creatives are provided only by SST,
  2. All creatives are provided only by SST, through an agency Wavemaker/GroupM.
  3. There is an absolute prohibition for publishers to place creatives that do not have approval from SST. 
  4. NO changes to copy, offer description, creatives, communications, or creatives created without SST approval provided through the agency. 

 

Any traffic driven from unapproved copy or assets will be deemed no billable

Any breach in these terms may result in removal of the publisher from the program

 

  1. Authorized activities include:
  1. display activities 
  2. text links, only use of SST approved copy 
  3. Newsletters

 

Any breach in these terms may result remuneration being rejected and removal of the publisher from the program.

 

  1. The list of prohibited / unapproved activities /channel under the affiliate's cooperation with SST. is as follows: 
  1. No permission for activities in paid search engines (SEM- Google, Bing) . In particular, it is prohibited to position and advertise on any keywords related to the advertiser's brand (more in point 4). 
  2. No permission for social media i.e. Meta, SnapChat or Tik Tok. If you are an influencer – there are alternative terms to be agreed .
  3. Retargeting across any channel is prohibited. 
  4. All leads provided to the advertiser must be filled out on the form on the advertiser's LP - it is forbidden to place the form (or the entire page) on the affiliate's website (e.g., through an iframe), it is forbidden to use automatic copy and paste mechanisms for data on the advertiser's form - e.g., by collecting data on their own forms and copying them to the advertiser's form. 
  5. All leads must be preceded by a conscious click on the advertising material - it is forbidden to use poping mechanisms, cookieing the user without clicking on the ad, automatic redirection. 
  6. It is forbidden to use actions that use directing the user indirectly to the customer's site without clicking on the ad (redirecting). In particular, it is forbidden to use a domain with slight differences (misleading, misspellings) from customer domains that redirect to the customer's site. 
  7. It is forbidden to encourage users to add advertising (tracing) links to bookmarks (bookmark) in the browser. 
  8. It is forbidden to hide links, advertisements in a way that may lead to unconscious clicking by the user. 
  9. It is forbidden to use link shortening mechanisms.

Any breach in these terms may result remuneration being rejected and removal of the publisher from the program.

 

  1. Keyword policy
  1. The keyword policy is to prohibit the use of the SST mark in the content of advertisements and the direct redirection of traffic from the search engine to the store.
  2. No paid search activity is approved.
