It must be clear that their web presence is for REVIEW purposes and that they receive compensation for such reviews. As such, the word 'REVIEW' must feature prominently in the title, URL, and any imagery used on review-related web pages or social media profiles, this includes but is not limited to blogs, web domains, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.Affiliates are expressly forbidden from issuing Press Releases about Mighty Kind on any press release distribution channels, printed media, or other press services.Promotions of Mighty Kind on e-commerce platforms, auction sites, or digital app stores like Amazon, eBay, Google Store, iTunes, or similar platforms are strictly forbidden. This also applies to products by the affiliate or by us. Selling items with the Mighty Kind branding on classified ad networks such as Craigslist or Kijiji is also banned.Affiliates agree to protect, defend, and hold Mighty Kind harmless in the event of legal action stemming from violation or alleged violation of these terms. Mighty Kind is not obligated to validate any Affiliate Ads. It is the Affiliate's responsibility to ensure their ads are compliant, and they must confirm that all Affiliate Ads have been reviewed for compliance by legal counsel.
