**Advertiser Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions**

- Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the program at any time.

**6. Confidentiality:**
- Affiliates must keep any confidential information received from us confidential and not disclose it to third parties.
**7. Promotion Guidelines:**
- Affiliates are encouraged to promote our products and services creatively and effectively while complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Email marketing must comply with CAN-SPAM regulations, including the provision of opt-out options.
**8. Tracking and Reporting:**
- Awin's tracking system will be used to monitor and report affiliate activity and commissions.
- Affiliates are responsible for monitoring their own tracking links and ensuring accuracy.
**9. Payment:**
- Payments will be made through Awin's payment system, and affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
- Commission payments may be subject to a minimum payout threshold.
