Social Media and Email Marketing: Affiliates are allowed to promote the brand via social media and email marketing, provided that they comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR. However, they may not represent themselves as the brand or mislead users about their relationship with the brand.
Brand Representation: Affiliates must not impersonate the brand in any way, including the use of brand logos, fonts, or colors in a way that could confuse customers into thinking they are interacting directly with the brand.
Affiliates must also accurately represent their relationship with the brand at all times. Affiliates may refer to themselves as a “Grace and Stella Affiliate” or “Grace and Stella Affiliate Partner” only where “Affiliate” remains the primary descriptor. Affiliates must not refer to themselves as “Grace and Stella Partner,” “Official Partner,” “Business Partner,” or any other wording that may imply a formal business, employment, endorsement, or joint venture relationship outside of the affiliate program.
The brand reserves the right to request removal or modification of any content that misrepresents the nature of the affiliate relationship.
