Ringke Official Store – Affiliate Terms and Conditions (Awin Network)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Ringke Official Store affiliate program through the Awin Network. By joining our program, you (“Affiliate,” “Publisher”) agree to the following terms:
1. Company Information

2. Commission Structure
Base Commission Rate: 8%
YouTube Content Creators: 10% (subject to verification and approval)
Premium Affiliates / Top Performers: 12%
Top performance affiliates may be offered a 12% commission rate based on the total revenue generated and traffic quality.
3. Attribution Window
The cookie attribution period is 45 days from the user’s initial click.
4. Commission Approval & Return Policy
Our standard customer return window is 30 days.
Commissions are approved and granted only after the return period has lapsed, provided the order is not canceled, refunded, or returned.
5. Creative Assets
Affiliates may use official banners, logos, and marketing content provided through the Awin platform or directly by Ringke.
Modification of creative materials without prior written consent is prohibited.
Use of misleading claims or unauthorized branding is grounds for termination.
6. Traffic Sources
Approved traffic sources include:
Content blogs and product review sites
Social media platforms
Email newsletters (with proper opt-in compliance)
YouTube product content
Prohibited traffic includes:
Brand keyword bidding (e.g., bidding on "Ringke" or close variants)
Trademark+ bidding (e.g., “Ringke coupon”)
Use of unauthorized coupons or promotional codes
Forced clicks, adware, or toolbar traffic
Political content or politically themed traffic
Adult, violent, or misleading content
7. Affiliate Approval & Performance
Affiliates must disclose their promotional methods at the time of application.
We prioritize publishers with:
Established product content or tech-focused audiences
Transparent traffic reporting
High-quality, relevant promotional environments
We actively monitor traffic quality and conversion performance.
If an affiliate consistently delivers low conversion rates or unqualified traffic, we reserve the right to reduce commissions or terminate participation.
Ringke reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to non-compliance, low performance, or fraudulent behavior.
8. Communication & Program Changes
Ringke reserves the right to:
Modify commission rates
Update these terms
Communicate directly with affiliates regarding promotions and compliance
Changes will be made through Awin’s messaging system or platform updates with reasonable notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ringke Official Store operates.
