Overview: The TAGBAND Affiliate Program enables affiliates
to promote and drive sales of TAGBAND products in exchange for a commission on
each sale. By signing up for the program, you agree to the following terms and
conditions:
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for the Tagband Affiliate Program, your values
must align with the values and branding of Tagband . Tagband reserves the
right to reject any affiliate application for any reason.
Promotion Guidelines: Affiliates are prohibited from using any illegal or unethical
techniques to promote Tagband products, including but not limited to
spamming, phishing, or any other activities that are deemed as fraudulent.
-Affiliates must not bid on any Tagband branded terms in their Google Ads PPC campaigns.
- Affiliates must not compete on any relevant tag band removal kits in their Google Ads PPC campaigns.
- Affiliates must not use misleading or false advertising to promote Tagband products.
- Affiliates must not publish conditional promo codes on their website (SMS sign up discount code, e-mail sign up discount code,..)
-Affiliates must not engage in any activities that could harm the reputation or image of Tagband.
Termination Policy: Either party may terminate the partnership at any time without
given reason. In the event of termination, remaining payments will be sent
out only if the termination was not due to any breach of these terms and
conditions.
Liability and Indemnification: Affiliates must not make false claims about Tagband
products. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Tagband harmless against
any claims or damages arising from their promotional activities.
Intellectual Property: Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable license to use Tagband branding and marketing materials
solely for the purpose of promoting Tagband products. Affiliates must not
modify or alter any of the provided branded content.
Code of Conduct: Affiliates must conduct themselves in a professional and
ethical manner when promoting Tagband products. Any behavior that is
deemed to be harmful to the reputation of Tagband or its products will
result in immediate termination of the partnership.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any activities that
may harm the Tagband brand, including but not limited to, spamming,
hacking, or engaging in any form of deceptive marketing practices.
Non-Exclusive Agreement: This agreement does not create an exclusive partnership between
the affiliate and Tagband . Tagband may enter into similar agreements
with other affiliates.
Disclaimer of Liability: Tagband makes no warranties or representations with respect
to the Affiliate Program or the products offered on its website. Tagband
will not be liable for any damages arising from an affiliate's
participation in the program.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the country in which Tagband is headquartered.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to the Tagband Affiliate
Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to
attempt to resolve it through good faith negotiation. If the dispute
cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice from one
party to the other, either party may refer the dispute to mediation. If
mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved by the courts of
England and Wales.
By participating in the Tagband Affiliate Program, you
agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Tagband reserves the right to
update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without
notice.
