CozyDays Affiliate Program Terms
We are excited to partner with passionate publishers, creators, and marketers who want to share our premium outdoor living products with their audiences. To ensure a fair and transparent experience for all affiliates, we have outlined the following program terms. By joining and participating in the CozyDays Affiliate Program through Awin, you agree to abide by these terms.
General Overview
The CozyDays Affiliate Program rewards affiliates for promoting our outdoor furniture and lifestyle products through approved affiliate links, banners, and creatives provided via the Awin network. Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying sales generated through their referral efforts.
Our program is designed to create a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership where affiliates can earn while helping customers discover the CozyDays difference.
Commissions and Payments
Affiliates will earn 5% commission on all net sales referred through their affiliate links.
Net sales exclude canceled orders, returned products, and any fraudulent transactions.
Payments are processed by Awin on a monthly basis in accordance with their standard payment schedule.

Restrictions and Compliance
To protect our brand and ensure a fair marketplace for all affiliates, the following restrictions apply:
Keyword Restrictions
Affiliates may not use any of the following keywords or phrases as part of their website subdomains, domain names, paid search campaigns, or display URLs:

siesta exclusive
siesta usa
siesta america
siesta us
siesta americas
siesta north america
compamia
biglaze
big laze
Placement Restrictions
To maintain brand integrity and ensure alignment with our values, CozyDays affiliates may not promote or display CozyDays links, products, or creatives on websites or platforms that include, but are not limited to:
- - Adult or explicit content
- Gambling or betting-related content
- "Dupe," replica, or counterfeit-focused websites (including sites such as dupes.com or similar) - - Any content that is misleading, harmful, or not aligned with a family-friendly outdoor lifestyle brand
Affiliates are expected to ensure their placements reflect a positive and appropriate environment for the CozyDays brand.
If promotional activity is found on restricted platforms, we may request immediate removal of such placements. Continued non-compliance may result in suspension or termination from the program.
White-Labeling
White-labeling of CozyDays products is strictly prohibited. Affiliates may not present themselves as CozyDays or attempt to misrepresent their affiliation beyond the scope of the program.
Paid Search and Advertising
Bidding on restricted brand terms (listed above) in any search engine or ad platform is not permitted.
Affiliates must not use CozyDays trademarks or restricted keywords in their display URLs.
Cloaking, forced clicks, or misleading advertising methods are will not be tolerated.
Content and Representation
Affiliates must represent CozyDays products truthfully and accurately.
Content should not be misleading, offensive, or in violation of intellectual property laws.
Affiliates may not claim ownership of CozyDays products or alter product branding.
Program Eligibility
Participation is open to approved publishers, bloggers, social media influencers, and other online marketers.
Applicants are subject to review and approval by CozyDays and Awin.
CozyDays reserves the right to reject or remove affiliates at its discretion.
Termination
CozyDays reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that negatively impacts the CozyDays brand.
