Seller shall receive a monthly commission based on the percentage designated for the Services sold by Seller to referred customers as set forth in the Commission Schedule below. Commissions shall be paid by MobileSphere within forty-five (45) days of the end of the month for which such commissions are calculated. For purposes of determining the Commission owed pursuant to Schedule A, the term Net Monthly Revenue shall mean the total of the collected revenue (net of any credits and discounts, and financial transaction charges) from the sale of the products and services. Taxes, pass-through charges and governmental assessments of any kind, such as, but not limited to PICC, EUCL, FCC and USF charges are specifically excluded from the computation of the Net Monthly Revenue.
The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of one year from the date hereof, which term shall be automatically extended on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party in the manner provided for herein.
The referred customers must enter the Seller's referral code, provided by MobileSphere or chosen by the Seller, upon signing up for the SLYNUMBER service
