Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Brisk It Inc. ("Company") and you, the Affiliate ("Affiliate"). By participating in the Company's Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Enrolment in the Program
1.1. To become an Affiliate, you must complete the Affiliate Application and be approved by the Company. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
1.2. Upon approval, you will be given a unique Affiliate ID and access to our Affiliate Dashboard, where you can access affiliate resources and track your referrals.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1. As an Affiliate, you agree to promote Company products or services in a manner that is honest, ethical, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional activities do not infringe on any intellectual property rights or trademarks of the Company.
2.3. You must not engage in spam, false advertising, or any unethical marketing practices.
2.4. You will be responsible for tracking and managing your referrals through your Affiliate Dashboard.
3. Commissions and Payment
3.1. As an Affiliate, you will earn a commission on qualified sales or actions generated through your unique Affiliate ID. The commission rate and structure will be outlined in your Affiliate Dashboard.
3.2. Commissions are typically paid [monthly/quarterly] via [payment method], and you will be required to provide accurate payment information to receive your earnings.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to adjust commission rates and payment terms with prior notice to the Affiliate.
4. Termination
4.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.
4.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the program for any breach of this Agreement or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Company.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information related to the other party obtained during the course of the Affiliate Program.
6. Liability
6.1. The Company will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.
7. Governing Law
7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
8. Entire Agreement
8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Affiliate Program and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements.
9. Modification
