Program Terms

Once Again Affiliate Program Terms (US)

1. Purpose

The Once Again Affiliate Program (“Program”) is intended to allow approved media partners, publishers, and content creators (“Affiliates”) to earn a commission by referring customers to onceagain.com through tracked affiliate links.

2. Eligibility

Participation is limited to approved Affiliates. Once Again reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion and to remove participants at any time without prior notice.

3. Commissions

Affiliates may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links. Commission rates and structure are determined by Once Again and may be updated at any time. Commissions are paid through our designated affiliate platform in accordance with its payment schedule and terms.

4. Use of Brand Assets

Affiliates may use Once Again’ approved images, logos, and product information solely for the purpose of promoting Once Again products within the Program. All materials must be used in a manner consistent with our brand guidelines and cannot be altered, misrepresented, or used in connection with any misleading claims.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

Use paid search advertising on branded keywords (e.g., “Once Again”).

Misrepresent themselves as an official Once Again entity.

Use their affiliate links for personal purchases or incentivize clicks in a misleading way.

Post false, misleading, or disparaging content about Once Again.

6. Termination

Once Again reserves the right to terminate or modify the Program at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all affiliate activity and commission eligibility will cease.

7. Liability

Once Again shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
