In consideration of and a s a condition of this agreement and other valuable consideration, the receipt, and sufficiency of which considerations are hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereto agree to the provisions as follow:NATURE OF PARTNERSHIP:Gatehouse No.1 will comply to pay 10% commission on any products you as the affiliate bring to our site through your unique links. Your links have a 90 day cookie window. We do not pay-per-click.NATURE OF AFFILIATION:By executing this agreement, the affiliate shall coordinate with Gatehouse No.1 to carry out successfully the marketing, publicizing, and promotion of Gatehouse No.1's home decor products. Furthermore, the affiliate shall provide expert and intellectual suggestions to Gatehouse No.1 to support its business. This agreement shall commence on the agreed effective date. Unless terminated or mutually dissolved earlier by either party, this agreement shall continue indefinitely in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
