Unless explicitly authorized by Mooncool, the following restrictions apply:

Domain & URL Usage

Affiliates cannot purchase, own, or bid on any domain containing “Mooncool” or misspellings.

Affiliates cannot use Mooncool brand terms in sub-domains (e.g., mooncool.affiliate.com).

Affiliates may use correctly spelled Mooncool terms after their domain (e.g., www.affiliate.com/mooncool).

Social Media

Affiliates cannot register “Mooncool” or variations on any social platform.

Affiliates cannot post on official Mooncool social accounts to drive traffic to their sites.

Paid Search (PPC)

Direct linking from paid ads to Mooncool sites is prohibited.

Bidding on Mooncool brand terms without approval is prohibited; commissions may be set to zero.

Brand restrictions include: Mooncool, Mooncool.com, www.Mooncool.com, Mooncool offers, Mooncool discounts, Mooncool codes, and variations.

Bidding on generic, non-brand keywords is allowed.

Email Marketing

Affiliates cannot send unsolicited emails (“spam”).

Mooncool-branded emails require prior approval.

Voucher & Discount Codes

Only authorized codes from Mooncool may be promoted.

Unauthorized or expired codes may result in withholding or zeroing of commissions.

Codes must be clearly marked as expired when applicable.

De-duplication

Sales are de-duplicated across marketing channels using local cookies.

Channels include: PPC (brand/generic), email, direct partnerships, price comparison, display/retargeting, and other affiliate networks.

Compliance

Mooncool reserves the right to:

Withhold or reverse commissions for non-compliance;

Adjust program rules or commissions;

Suspend or terminate affiliates breaching these terms.
