1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Lany Space Affiliate Programme operated through the Awin network. The Programme is managed and commission payments are issued by Flytrade Inc, the legal advertiser.
By applying to or participating in this Programme, you (Affiliate or Publisher) agree to comply with these terms, the Awin Master Terms and Conditions, and all applicable advertising, privacy, and consumer protection laws.
Flytrade Inc reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any affiliate at its sole discretion.
2. Programme Description
The Lany Space Affiliate Programme rewards affiliates for directing genuine customers to purchase Lany Space branded products through our website.
Only completed and verified purchases tracked via Awin are eligible for commission.
Affiliates must ensure all promotional content is accurate and not misleading.
3. Commission Structure
Standard Commission: 2% of net sale value
Commission Model: Cost-Per-Sale (CPS)
Commission is calculated on the net order value and excludes:
VAT or sales tax
Shipping and delivery fees
Cancelled or refunded orders
Fraudulent or duplicate transactions
Gift cards or store credit purchases (unless approved)
Transactions are validated after the return period and may take approximately 30–60 days from the purchase date.
Flytrade Inc reserves the right to reject suspicious or fraudulent transactions, reverse commissions on refunded orders, and decline self-purchases made by affiliates.
4. Cookie Duration and Attribution
Cookie Window: 30 days
Tracking and attribution are managed by Awin using a last-click attribution model. Commission will be awarded only when the affiliate referral is the final recorded click before purchase.
Commission is not payable if another marketing channel becomes the last click, tracking is blocked by user settings, or the order is cancelled, refunded, or charged back.
5. Permitted Promotional Methods
Approved affiliates may promote Lany Space using:
Content websites and blogs
Editorial reviews and comparison websites
Influencer marketing
Social media posts with disclosure
Email marketing to opted-in subscribers only
All advertising must be truthful and must not misrepresent the Lany Space brand, products, pricing, or offers.
6. Paid Search and Trademark Policy
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
Bidding on Lany Space, LanySpace, Flytrade, or any brand misspellings in search engines
Using brand terms in paid search ad copy, titles, or display URLs
Direct linking paid search ads to our website
Registering domains or social accounts containing our brand name or confusing variations
Violations may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7. Voucher and Coupon Policy
Affiliates must not:
Promote fake, leaked, or expired coupon codes
Generate or guess discount codes
Use click-to-reveal messaging without a valid code
Advertise unauthorized discounts
Only promotional codes issued directly by Lany Space or distributed via Awin may be promoted.
8. Prohibited Promotional Activities
The following activities are not permitted:
Cookie stuffing
Forced clicks or pop-under traffic
Adware, spyware, or malware
Browser extensions injecting affiliate links
Toolbar hijacking
Fake transactions or fabricated orders
Misrepresenting affiliation with Lany Space
Incentivized purchases without disclosure
Accounts engaging in these practices may be terminated and commissions reversed.
9. Email and Social Media Compliance
Affiliates must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship (for example: this post contains affiliate links), email only users who have opted in to receive marketing, and follow GDPR, CAN-SPAM, FTC disclosure, and applicable advertising regulations.
Spam or deceptive messaging is prohibited.
10. Brand Usage
Affiliates may use approved banners, product images, and creative assets provided by Lany Space.
Affiliates may not modify logos or branding, impersonate Lany Space, offer customer support on behalf of the brand, or present themselves as official representatives.
We may request removal of any placement at any time.
11. Returns, Refunds and Chargebacks
Commission is payable only on completed and retained sales. Returned, refunded, or charged-back orders will result in commission reversal.
12. Termination
Flytrade Inc reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliates immediately for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, brand damage, misleading advertising, or low-quality traffic.
Pending commissions may be cancelled.
13. Limitation of Liability
Flytrade Inc is not responsible for tracking failures, network downtime, technical errors within Awin, or third-party platform interruptions.
