Using unauthorized discount codes or coupons.

Placing tracking links on websites containing offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
5. Commission & Payment
Commissions are earned on valid sales tracked via the AWIN platform.
The commission structure is defined within AWIN and may be updated with notice.
Payments are processed through AWIN according to their standard payment schedule.
Returns, cancellations, and fraudulent transactions are excluded from commission.
6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use our trademarks, logos, and creatives for promotional purposes only.
Any misuse or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited.
7. Term & Termination
This agreement begins upon acceptance and remains in force until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time via AWIN’s platform.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate affiliates who violate these Terms.

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or reputational harm resulting from affiliate activities.
Affiliates act as independent partners and not as employees or representatives of our company.
