The attribution period is 45 days in case of any returns.
Commission is paid based on conversion vs. clicks. If the customer is converted and no returns within the attribution period, then commission will be paid.

- No direct linking, affiliates must use their unique tracking links to receive credit and commissions.

- Email affiliates are allowed on a case-by-case basis. All email affiliates must be can-spam compliant.
- It is the affiliate’s responsibility to follow all applicable intellectual property and other laws that pertain to their site.
- ZO Skin Health has the right to terminate the affiliate relationship immediately if the affiliate is committing fraud.
- Any pending balances owed to you will not be paid if your account is terminated due to such unacceptable advertising or solicitation
- Either party can terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause.
- If an order is canceled or returned the commission will be reversed.
- If blacklisted promo codes are used, commissions will be reversed.
