Terms anFitness Snob Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Fitness Snob Affiliate Program (“Program”) offered through AWIN. By applying to and participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by the following:
1. Enrollment
To enroll, you must complete the Program application through AWIN.
We review each application and may accept or reject it at our sole discretion.
Applications promoting offensive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or unrelated content will not be accepted.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
You agree to represent the Fitness Snob brand honestly and professionally.
You may not make false or misleading claims about our products.
You may not engage in spam, unauthorized couponing, or paid search practices that misuse our brand name or trademarks.
You must comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure guidelines (i.e., clearly disclosing affiliate relationships).
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases referred through tracked links provided by AWIN.
Commission rates and details are set within AWIN and may be updated at our discretion.
Commissions are paid through AWIN according to their payment schedule and policies.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
Use the Fitness Snob name, logos, or trademarks without written permission (except in approved banners/links provided by AWIN).
Offer discounts, coupons, or incentives not explicitly approved by us.
Promote Fitness Snob on websites or platforms containing illegal, hateful, or adult content.
5. Intellectual Property
All Fitness Snob creative assets, logos, product names, and content remain our property. Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use Program materials solely for promoting Fitness Snob.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.
We reserve the right to immediately remove Affiliates found in violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, you must promptly remove all Fitness Snob promotional materials and cease representing yourself as an Affiliate.
7. Liability
Fitness Snob is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Program.
We make no guarantees regarding conversion rates, earnings, or Program continuity.
8. Modification
We may update these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via AWIN of material changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
