1. Program Participation:
Affiliates must apply to the GINGIBERI Affiliate Program and be approved by GINGIBERI before they can participate.
2. Commissions:
Affiliates will earn a commission for each sale directed to GINGIBERI through their unique affiliate link. The current commission rate is detailed in the program overview and is subject to change with prior notice.
3. Restrictions:
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on GINGIBERI's trademarked terms, including variations and misspellings, for PPC campaigns on search engines.
Affiliates may not use misleading or false advertising or claims related to GINGIBERI products.
Affiliates must not create, maintain, or operate websites that resemble or can be mistaken for GINGIBERI's official site.
4. Content Usage:
Affiliates must not use GINGIBERI's copyrighted content, images, or brand assets without explicit permission. Approved marketing materials will be provided.
5. Compliance Strategy:
Affiliates must ensure that their promotional methods adhere to ethical standards and practices. For further guidance on compliance, affiliates are encouraged to refer to the blog post on Compliance Strategy provided on the platform.
6. Binding with ShareASale Terms:
In addition to this agreement, all affiliates are bound by the ShareASale Terms of Use. Any violations of the ShareASale Terms of Use will be grounds for immediate termination from the GINGIBERI Affiliate Program without notice.
7. Termination:
GINGIBERI reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation if they breach any of these terms or are found to be operating in a manner that is harmful to GINGIBERI or its reputation.
8. Amendment:
GINGIBERI retains the right to amend this agreement as required. Changes will be communicated to affiliates via their registered email address, and affiliates will have the choice to accept the changes or terminate their participation.
By applying to the GINGIBERI Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
