KEEP Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") contains the terms and conditions that govern your participation in the KEEP Affiliate Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1. Approval or Rejection of Affiliate Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your affiliate application.
2. Commissions
Affiliates will receive a 20% commission on sales generated through unique affiliate links. Payments will be made on a monthly basis.
3. Payment
Payments will be made via the payment method selected in your ShareASale account. All affiliates are also bound by ShareASale's Terms of Use.
4. Restrictions
Affiliates may not use any form of spam or unsolicited commercial email as a means to promote the Program.
Affiliates are not permitted to use Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising using keywords related to KEEP brand names or trademarks.
Affiliates may not portray KEEP in a negative light, or engage in advertising that may be considered misleading.
Affiliates may not resell the product directly or imply that any site other than KEEP is the official platform for the sale of KEEP products.
Affiliate may not discount the price or make it appear that KEEP Labs is offering any discounts.
5. Termination
Affiliates found in violation of this Agreement will be immediately terminated from the Program and will forfeit any earned commissions.
6. Liability
KEEP will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program or our website.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
8. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions, payment procedures, and Program rules.
By acting as a KEEP Affiliate or Affiliate for KEEP through ShareASale, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
