Affiliate Program Agreement
By filling out the signup form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions associated with this Affiliate Program. Please read this agreement carefully before applying.
Joining Our Affiliate Program
By filling out the signup form, you agree to become an Affiliate Program Member and are bound by the terms of this agreement.
To sign up, you must be at least 21 years of age, have a US mailing address and valid Tax ID or social security number. The website you register with must be operational.
Affiliates are not allowed to use Pop Ups, Pop Unders or any other format that is deemed intrusive or use any other cookie stuffing techniques that may force the cookie in the user's browser.
CashBack / RewardsBack / Reward Points etc, will be credited/approved only if booking/lead is generated and tracked in real-time and attributed as per attribution rules.
Affiliates are not allowed to buy, register or create domains or subdomains which may mislead users to believe that such site is the merchants brand website.
Affiliates are not allowed to supplant by any means the merchant's identity in social media. Affiliate must be easily identified by users in any promotion in social media.
Affiliates may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are distributed by the merchant (or Happy V on behalf of the merchant). Any sales registered through other coupon codes will not be considered as valid and will be canceled.
Affiliates are not allowed to promote coupon codes that have not been issued via the affiliate channel.
Affiliates are not permitted to promote the merchant through any toolbar unless they have direct authorisation from Happy V on behalf of the merchant.
Incentivised traffic is allowed only from cashback and loyalty/reward affiliates.
Payment Terms
Happy V Affiliates earn a fixed percentage net value commission from approved and valid orders placed as a result of the use of unique affiliate links. The commission percentage will be 15% for regular Affiliates and 10% for coupon sites unless otherwise stated by Happy V and communicated by the manager. Purchases must be made on https://happyv.com/. Net value shall exclude tax, postage and handling, insurance, and any other expense not related to product, including refunds and payments not honored by a financial institution.
Removal of Affiliate Status
Your application and status in the program may be suspended or removed for any of the below reasons:
- Tampering with affiliate results
- Creating or facilitating false or fraudulent orders
- Use of sexist, racist, trans- and homophobic, ableist, sex-negative, or otherwise derogatory language on websites and/or social media accounts associated with the Affiliate sales
- Use of malware, spyware, other similar software
- Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination and referral to the appropriate law enforcement agencies
Either party may terminate this referral agreement at any time by giving the other party ten days prior written notice. Upon termination by either party all outstanding referral fees due to the agent at that time shall be settled in full within thirty days.
Affiliate Links
Links can be used across social media, blogs, articles, and reviews, etc. As an Affiliate Program member, you may place our links at your discretion.
Email Contact
By applying to the Happy V Affiliate Program you are opting in to receive communications. Happy V reserves the right to send email communications to you for the purpose of informing Affiliate Program members of new products, promotions, or availability of resources or changes to the affiliate program.
Non-Disclosure of Customer Information
Happy V agrees to not disclose or disseminate confidential information. Happy V does not collect information about customer transactions other than what is passed through the affiliate tracking code and displayed on transaction reports. Information received is used solely for tracking and verifying validity of transactions for commission payment purposes.
Copyright Ownership
Affiliate program members are granted non-exclusive, limited and revocable right to use Happy V trademarks and banners. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, patent rights or applications, trade names and service marks provided by Happy V shall remain the sole property of Happy V.
SEM Marketing
Affiliates may not bid on any variations of Happy V brand terms in any keyword based pay-per-click (PPC) search engines, including, without limitation, Google, Bing, and Yahoo. This includes any “Trademark Plus” (TM+) bidding such as “Happy V discount” as well as any variations or misspellings.
