However, any unethical or misleading promotional activities are strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited within our affiliate program:
Spamming: Affiliates must not engage in spamming practices, including email spam, comment spam, or any other form of unsolicited communication.
Trademark Infringement: Affiliates must not use our brand name or trademarks in any way that may confuse or mislead customers.
False Claims: Affiliates must not make false or unsubstantiated claims about our products or services.
Violation of Intellectual Property Rights: Affiliates must respect intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, when promoting our products.
Promotion of Harmful Content: Affiliates must not promote content that is harmful, offensive, or illegal.
Compliance with Regulations: Affiliates are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their marketing efforts, including but not limited to FTC guidelines for disclosing affiliate relationships and privacy laws.
Cookie Duration: Our affiliate program offers a cookie duration of 30 days, which means that customers who click on your affiliate links have 30 days to make a purchase for you to receive a commission.
Payment and Commission: Commissions are paid out monthly. Payments are made through the ShareASale platform, and affiliates are responsible for setting up their preferred payment methods within ShareASale.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at our discretion if we find any violations of this agreement or if we believe the affiliate's actions are detrimental to our brand or reputation.
