Norman Love Confections Affiliate Program Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between Norman Love Confections ("Company") and the individual or entity ("Affiliate") wishing to participate in the Company's Affiliate Program.
Brand Representation: Affiliates are expected to represent Norman Love Confections in a positive and professional manner at all times. Any content or promotions associated with the brand must reflect the values, quality, and integrity of the Company.
PPC Search Terms Prohibition: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on Pay-Per-Click (PPC) search terms that are variations, misspellings, or derivatives of our brand name, including but not limited to "Norman Love Confections", "Norman Love Chocolates", or any other iteration that could be construed as representing our brand. This is to ensure brand consistency and prevent market confusion.
Further Terms and Conditions: This Agreement is a basic overview of the terms governing our Affiliate Program. Additional terms, conditions, exclusions, or modifications may be added by the Company at its discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of those changes.
By joining the Norman Love Confections Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
